At SIR Betterway we work with limited power of attorney : The client has a bank account in his name, and the investment manager of SIR Betterway only has the power to decide on the purchase and sale transactions according to the investment strategy.

The client knows the investment rules and is also regularly informed about the performance of the investment. In addition, the client can check the account at all times. The external broker executes the transactions (purchases or sales) in direct communication with the investment manager of SIR Betterway.
